- sneaker upper is different from the Mind 1 mule
- perforated upper with orange interlayer is breathable
- harder foam is more shoe-oriented for durability than the mule version
Cons
- marketing relies on pseudoscience - no published data backing brain/sensory claims
- nodes leave open cavities that trap dirt/debris with no easy way to clean
- strobel-stitched board with nodes pushing through will wear out faster than a regular sneaker
- shoe shifts ~1/4 inch on foot due to node movement
- Nike legal department keeps higher-ups from making real scientific claims because there isn't any
- resells for $250+ vs retail ~$145 - bot/reseller market
- arguably borderline false advertising
